What You’ll Do
Student Fellows support the planning and execution of Bauer Leaders Academy programs and events while helping promote initiatives across campus. In this role, fellows gather student feedback to enhance offerings, collaborate with team members to develop new ideas, and contribute to large-scale events such as Leadership Week. Through this work, fellows play an active role in shaping engaging, student-centered leadership experiences.

Qualifications
Candidates should be:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable collaborating with students, staff, and campus partners
- Experience in event planning, leadership development, or student engagement (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard office tools Proactive and creative mindset
- Passion for supporting student leadership and campus initiatives
