Experiential learning integrates theory with real-world practice. In the context of leadership development, it allows individuals to develop and enhance their leadership skills through hands-on experiences. By engaging in activities that challenge them to apply their knowledge, students can foster critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities, which are essential for effective leadership.
