Imagine the ultimate playground showdown, but instead of swings and slides, you’ve got a mix of mind-bending puzzles, quirky challenges, and action-packed games! That’s the Leaders Cup!
- What: The Bauer Leaders Cup is a high-impact, experiential leadership development initiative that provides students with an opportunity to develop real-world leadership skills, work collaboratively with other students, and engage with empirically-driven research on leadership and expertise. In teams of 5-7, participants engage in a series of competitive activities that will help to explore their own their leadership through creative problem solving, ethical decision making, and team development. This event is a great opportunity for students to practice leadership in a fun and exciting way!
