What is Leadership Week?
Leadership Week is an annual celebration at WashU designed to showcase and develop leadership across campus. Through workshops, experiential activities, and community-building events, students, staff, and faculty explore, practice, and celebrate leadership in all its forms.

| Leadership Week begins by spotlighting opportunities across campus for students to grow, lead, and connect. Discover new pathways for engagement and see where your leadership journey can take you. | Designed for WashU staff, these virtual workshops offer practical tools and fresh perspectives on leadership development in the workplace. | A day dedicated to faculty leadership—exploring current and future roles, career pathways, and the evolving landscape of academic leadership at WashU. | A full day of leadership development on the Medical School campus, featuring workshops and speakers focused on advancing faculty leadership and career growth. | Leadership meets action in a dynamic, campus-wide experiential challenge designed to test collaboration, strategy, and adaptability in real time. | The week culminates in The Leaders Cup—an experiential leadership competition bringing students together to showcase teamwork, problem-solving, and impact. |
