The Bauer Leaders Academy offers a distinctive, high-value, and individualized coaching experience for undergraduate students, who have elected to go deeper into their leadership development. Participants will identify objectives for their growth as learners and leaders and complete personal assessments to tailor their journey of progress and development.
The Center for Career Engagement and the Bauer Leaders Academy collaborate to help all WashU students identify, discover, and secure career opportunities that align with their personal values and purpose.
Many WashU students serve in leadership roles—through athletics, clubs and groups, student government, startups, and more. Bauer Leaders Academy offers focused workshops to help sophomores, juniors, and seniors process their leadership experiences in the moment, developing relevant leadership skills when they are most needed.
