Diane Miller, M.Ed, has over 25 years of experience in education, coaching, counseling, and personal growth training. She has served as the Director of College and Career Counseling, taught business communications courses, and facilitated workshops. Currently a Career Coach at WashU for the past two years, Diane was previously a Career Counselor at St. Louis University. After spending a few years working in the corporate sector, she returned to her first love in education. In addition to her role at WashU, she coaches for BetterUp and her personal coaching business. Diane holds a BA in Health Education – Wellness and an M.Ed. in Counseling. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is certified in DISC, EQ, StrengthsFinder, and Motivating Drivers. Diane is relentlessly dedicated to empowering others achieve greater leadership awareness through purpose, passion, and clarity, enabling them to reach their full potential. Diane’s most significant and comprehensive training comes from her life experiences and personal growth. In her free time, she is very passionate about living an active lifestyle that includes health promotion and wellness. She enjoys hiking, reading, learning, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. She has three children that make her world a better place.
