On February 28, students engaged in an experiential learning opportunity at the Mildred Lane Kemper Art Museum, exploring the intersection of leadership, creativity, and perspective.

Through guided discussions and intentional observation, students were encouraged to analyze artwork from multiple viewpoints—considering how individual interpretation shapes understanding. This experience emphasized the value of diverse perspectives and how they contribute to stronger, more effective problem-solving.
Participants reflected on how viewing art through different lenses can translate directly to leadership, where considering varied perspectives often leads to more thoughtful decisions and innovative solutions. The session reinforced the idea that leadership development can take place in a wide range of environments, including spaces that foster creativity and reflection.
Experiences like this highlight the Bauer Leaders Academy’s commitment to interdisciplinary leadership development, equipping students with the tools to think critically, collaborate effectively, and lead with insight.
